Dominik Alvaro Rada

I am a communicative and reliable team player who is not afraid of challenges. I currently work as a freelancer specializing in web development. Alongside development, I focus heavily on education and regularly host AI-focused training sessions—ranging from general introductions to specialized workshops on audio, video, and graphics generation. I continue to collaborate with institutes at the Faculty of Science, Masaryk University, where I previously worked as an IT administrator and lecturer. I also enjoy organizing other technical workshops, traveling, and seeking out new adventures. Additionally, I volunteer at the Masaryk University Volunteer Center as part of the MUNI HELPS (MUNI POMÁHÁ) initiative. My heart is constantly drawn back to the place where I found great friends and a wonderful atmosphere – Spain.

What I do

IT Administrator

I am an IT Administrator and am responsible for a wide range of tasks that include software installation, device management and administration via Windows Server. My role also includes setting up and managing Group Policies (GPOs), which includes configuring security settings and ensuring that all systems are in compliance with company policies. In addition, I handle technical troubleshooting and provide support to users. I regularly perform data updates and backups to ensure information security and availability.

Teacher

I work with students to edit graphics, audio, and video, and use modern technologies such as 3D printing, virtual reality (VR), and artificial intelligence (AI). Students are primarily from teacher education programs, and the course is taught so that they are able to use this knowledge to create instructional materials. The goal is to develop their creativity and prepare them to effectively integrate these technologies into the educational process.

Workshops for schools and staff

I offer workshops for schools and staff covering the basics of modelling and 3D printing, using free learning apps, file management and sharing, and advanced features in Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Office). These workshops are individually designed to give participants practical skills and knowledge that they can immediately apply to their work or teaching. The goal is to provide tools and techniques that will make everyday tasks easier and promote the effective use of modern technology.

Creating websites

I create websites based on individual requirements and agreements with clients. Each project is tailored to the specific needs and goals of the client, which includes design selection, functionality and search engine optimization. I work with clients every step of the way to ensure that the final product meets their expectations and delivers the desired results.
